You should be receiving your 2011 MRC Specialty Premium List this week if you have not already. We have a new show site and dates this year.we are back in Illinois at the Kane County Fairgrounds, not far from our old show site and the show will be October 6th and 7th. Should be glorious weather!
Just a couple of deadlines to be aware of:
If you would like to sponsor a particular class or major win in either conformation or obedience/rally, please contact Allison Lukaszewski, Trophy Chair ASAP. She is under the gun to give the trophy sponsorship information to Roy Jones Dog Shows for the catalog in the next week or two. We are once again giving fabulous trophies that are useful for traveling with your dogs. BISS will receive a softside travel crate with pad and carrying case. Class placements will receive leashes, stainless water buckets, and much more. NOTE: Allison's email address is incorrect in the Premium. Please send all email correspondence to
Alliluk@aol.com Please contact her to let her know what trophy you would like to sponsor. For those of you who have already donated to the Specialty or Trophy Fund when you renewed, THANK YOU! Your money has been conscientiously spent.
Robin Rademacher is Catalog Advertising Chair this year and will be more than happy to put your ad together for you if you are unable to submit one "camera ready". Just send her an email with the concept for the ad, words you would like in the ad and photo attached as a 300 dpi jpg and she will do the rest. Robin will be working on the ads next weekend to meet Roy Jones Dog Show catalog deadline. Even if you can't pull your materials together that quickly, drop Robin an email message,
spinoffrotts@sbcglobal.net , and she will work with you to get your ad in the catalog. Catalog ads are $60 for Black and White and $95 for color. Inside front and back covers are reserved for last year's Specialty winner and Best Opposite Sex to BISS. Robin is away until Friday night, but she will get back to you on the weekend.
Hope to see old friends and new enthusiasts at our 2011 Home Coming in Illinois Specialty!
PERMISSION TO CROSS POST!
