That was one ugly game last night...but we'll take the win! Roma needs to stop reading all the press clippings and go back to just playing football!

Keith our Cowboys better play much better than last night this Sunday are the Patriots will humiliate us! But I agree, a win is a win. It is looking pretty good at 5-0!

I am too. And it brought back horrible memories of my freshman/sophomore years at Tech, when we used to refer to them as the "Chokies" b/c they were always losing in the 4th Q. Ugh...............

I can't even sit and watch the Sox game ..... too bummed out.

The caption for that picture was

" 2 good pals enjoy each others company"

Found another one http://www.bigben7.com/pics/photo40.jpg

Caption said "Ben gets a kiss from his dog Zues"

This find made my day

There was NO need for Brady to be playing in the 4th quarter of a blowout game. :x

Um, what........other than he's being paid a lot of good money to do a job?? Gee, I'd love to have a boss tell me to take the day off b/c the opponent is too far behind. Wouldn't that just be cushy??

It was a classless gesture by the Patriot's organization to have their starting QB playing the 4th quarter while up by 45 points. Then again, isn't this the same organization who got caught cheating????

Steve,

There's no crying in football, sorry dude. They took Brady out when they hit 40 points, that's their typical move. They played both the 2nd and 3rd string QB's.

Brady has a job to do, as does the rest of the team and coaching staff.

I don't remeber it being classless when the Colts did the same thing the last few years or when the Rams had the greatest show on turf and had the highest scoring in the league and left Kurt Warner in. Then it was just great offense, now it's classless. Yet what is funny is we teach kids who play the game that they have to play til the final whistle, but because its the Patriots, were supposed to take everyone out of the game when were whippin their ass. I do not remember Aikman coming out for those great Cowboy teams or Montana and Young with the Niners. Classless, Give me a Break!

Boy oh boy...quite a few touchy people when talking about the Pats. I'm just playing for those of you who don't know me, I'm a pretty sarcastic person. Although I'm a New Englander, I'm no Pats fan. I'm a Giants fan and to the Pats who just spanked a divisional opponent of mine, Thanks.
:D

It'll be a hell of a game Sunday the Pats and Colts. I say the Pats knock em' on their asses.

Who do you think will be in the National Championship game? We feel pretty good about our LSU Tigers but Arkansas will be a difficult closing game and then the SEC CH against TN or GA will be very tough also. If we win both of our two final games then we will definitely deserve to be there.

What two teams do you predict to be in the championship?

I am intrigued by this game. I'm hoping for a Green Bay victory as Brett Favre is such a great QB.

Of course the fact that Dallas has a 3 game lead over my Giants certainly may have something to do with hoping the Packers win tonight.

With Favre out in the second quarter, they beat the packers, but he didn't have a lot to do with it. ;)

GO PACKERS!!! ;)

the final score was 37 - 27 cowboys, but i can tell you it shouln't have been that close.the cowboys were winning 27-10 when favre went out.when rodgers came in it was like they changed there defense up and stopped coming with the preasure they put on favre.T.O also had a pass right in his hands for a touchdown that he bobbled and #31 came up with the int in the endzone.the cowboys should have put up between 45 and 50 points on green bay. you know its a good night when you only punt the ball 1 time the whole game.also on a final note.

How Bout Them Cowboys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

i'm sure they'l play again in the playoffs. maybe we'll have our whole defense then, maybe the outcome will be different. it was still a good game though.

What are you talking about?Little Peyton has done some stuff this year...
he's sucked.

That Peterson is the real deal for sure. IF Minnesota makes the playoffs,
ALL the tams need to respect them.

Brian, you should do your homework before making statements like this. Minnesota lost to Phila and AP had 20 rushes for 70 yards with no td's. Also for any Packer fans out there your team is over rated. The only team they played with any talent was Dallas and they lost. The Eagles should have won the game but made 2 big mistakes towards the end of the game. Favre had a lousy day. Anyway enough said as Phila is looking for a higher draft pick this year. Go Cowboys!

Patriots should have been called on every play with too many men on the field when you consider the Referee, Back Judge, Side Judge, Field Judge, Line Judge, Head Linesman and Umpire were playing for them.

sorry I forgot about philly. so philly and GB are the only ones. As for the dallas game yeah favre had a bad game, we were also missing 4 defensive starters, and the refs had a few questionable calls. They almost beat dallas, they lost by 10, but basically it's 7 ( I don't count a last second FG)overrated I don't think so. pack have little or no running game and favre has better compeltion % than ever, and a stout defense hmmmm and besides dallas hasn't played anyone other than the pats and they got blown out. we'll see you in the playoffs

Dalls is over rated as much as any team out there.

They have played 3 teams with winning records for a total of 4 games( played giants twice)and one of those spanked them.

The problem NE has IMO their age is starting to show. Long season with veteran players means tired team. Look to see them lose in the near future.

I agree, Dallas is over rated, then again all of the teams pretty much are.
Look at the Pats schedule, The Dolphins twice, the Jets twice, buffalo twice, the ONLY good teams they'll play are Dallas once, the Giants once, and the Steelers once. 3 tough games out of 16. Not exactly imposing are they?

Dallas barely beats Detroit?????????? lucky sob's.

did everyone watch the pats game? The last couple of weeks i've lost any respect for Rodney harrison. last week talking smack to baltimores head coach. and I watched him today lay a few late hits and talk smack, the man is a cheapshot artist with no class

The agony!...Beat by the Beagles!...Once again Romo and company were too busy reading their press clippings this week and Romo playing patty fingers with Jessica in the stands!

The only team the Cowgirls beat this year that has any talent is Green Bay and even they are suspect. Your team is average at best and I am disappointed that we won because our draft position is getting worse every win. Enjoy your 1 and out for the playoffs!

One and done for Dallas in the playoffs? They'll have home field advantage in the NFC and get to at least the NFC championship game. Not to sure of what Dallas team you've been watching this season?

They've been beaten once by the Pats and that's a suspect team?

my thoughts exactly. I knew watching that the more they worried about T.O.'s pouting of which they felt that they needed to give him the ball to make happy again i knew they weren't going to win that game. How can you you be down on the 4yrd line running barber and then throw the ball 2 times in a row.

How many points did New England beat Dallas by? How many points did the Eagles loose to NE by? The answer is in the schedule. Dallas has not played any legit teams other then NE and Green Bay. The teams Dallas played this year had a winning percentage of .496 in the NFL last year. They have the 21st hardest schedule out of 32. Does that answer your question? Maybe they will win at home but I am not impressed by this team. JMO

I think what threw the Cowgirls off is two things, one the Eagles played man to man on coverage thus not giving up easy yards. Secondly, the last year Romo had Carrie Underwood at the stadium and looked distracted. He needs to play football during the season and play with the entertainers in the off season. JMHO

Very fitting IMO. Even though the PATS look tired they continue to beat every team they play. Tom Brady without a doubt has been the best QB since winning his first SB. NE is very lucky to have him. As for TR he is unproven and until he wins the NFC then I say he is overrated unlike his rating last week against the Eagles......9.0 LOL!

Let's see 12-2 versus 6-8...12-2 versus 6-8...I'll take the overrated 12-2 and you can keep the losing 6-8 hoping to God you get decent draft round picks next year and spend the next 4 years rebuilding.

Good post Keith. I totally agree. Although I'm a life long Giants fan, I'll give credit to the job that Wade Phillips and staff have done in Dallas. It certainly helps when you have a team as talented as Dallas has.

Did they get beat by the Eagles? Sure did but they kicked the living hell out of the Giants.
